After raising over $10 million on Kickstarter last May, Pebble’s e-paper smartwatch will soon be shipping to backers and to those who pre-ordered. Today at CES the company announced that its much-anticipated smartwatch will launch on January 23rd with a retail price of $150. The Pebble pairs with your Android or iOS smartphone to display notifications when you receive messages and alerts from social networking sites, read emails, and serve a variety of different functions via its own unique app platform.
